by commissioning artwork from me, you agree to the following terms and conditions :1. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE RIGHTS
• i retain full rights of the commissioned artwork
• any implication with AI and NFTs are forbidden. (using, feeding, etc.)
• commercial use of the artwork (e.g., for merchandise, advertising, or resale) is not allowed.
• you may use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as displaying it in your home, printing it, sharing it on social media, etc.2. COMMISSION PROCESS
• i have the right to refuse a commission.
• provide me proper reference(s) of the desired character, I won't accept any links.
• if needed, give me a detailed description of the desired artwork, including any specific pose, expression, head angle, etc. (you can provide references for example)
• you can cancel your commission at any time before payment is made, which may take up to one week3. PAYMENT PROCESS (USD)
• payment is only accepted through Paypal
• prices include ALL fees, there's no extra charges
• you must pay in full before i begin to work on your commission
• refunds are not accepted once payment is made, unless i cancel the commission. please be certain before purchasing.4. ART PROCESS
• any changes can be done during the sketch process. Once i start the coloring, there's no turning back.
• major revisions that require significant changes to the artwork after coloring won't be accepted.
• minor revisions are included in the commission price, such as small adjustments to colors or details.
• the turnaround time ranges from one week to one month
